• We are pleased to offer Free LTL (Less Than Truckload) Shipping on all orders within our service areas.
• LTL shipping is ideal for large and heavy items, ensuring they arrive securely at your designated location.
  

Delivery Requirements

• Our LTL carriers provide curbside delivery only. This means your item will be delivered to the nearest accessible location, such as a driveway or curb.
• The carrier will not carry the item inside your home or assist with unpacking.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
  

Inspecting Your Delivery

• Upon arrival, please inspect the item for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
• If any damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at Support@lavanti.us or 201-615-4261 with photos of the damage.
• Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
